    The second day's sessions include the following:

    • Session 7 - Authorities Preparation and Planning
    • Session 8 - External Specialist Witnesses 
    • Session 9 - International and Public Private Cooperation
    • At the end of this session participants will be able to:

      • Recognize which evidence sources are of evidential value.
      • Differentiate between computer networks.
      • Identify the network devices 
    • At the end of this session participants will be able to:

      • Discuss the authorities and its permission in the process of search and seizing electronic evidence.
      • Complete effective preparation and planning the search and seizing electronic evidence.

       

    • At the end of this session participants will be able to:

      • Discuss the role of the external specialist witnesses.
      • Discuss the responsibilities of the Officer in Charge of the Case in relation  to deploying external specialists as witnesses.
    • At the end of this session, participants will be able to: 

      • Explain the relevance of international cooperation in targeting online crime proceeds.
      • Explain the advantages of combining international cooperation avenues in the field of cybercrime and e-evidence as well as financial investigations and money laundering.
      • Distinguish international cooperation on exchange of information and on mutual legal assistance.
      • Enumerate relevant international networks and organisations for exchange of information.
      • Describe the nature and purpose of mutual legal assistance (MLA).
      • Present relevant international legal instruments.
      • Identify relevant provisions of the Budapest and Warsaw conventions in order to be able to use them appropriately.
