- Identify methods of validating electronic evidence;
- Review admissibility issues for electronic evidence in the trial process;
- Examine and explain values of the electronic evidence files;
- Observe trial preparation techniques and presentation of electronic evidence in court.

- Defense team to build up the defense and the defense arguments
- The judge's team to start preparing and anticipating on the probable indictments and defense arguments.

- Updating indictments
- Preparation of arguments
- Presentation of indictments
- Hearing and cross-examination of one prosecution witness
- Arguments
